I am Mayank Kulshrestha, a Senior People Manager with over fifteen years of experience across the full HR value chain: talent acquisition, employee relations, payroll and statutory compliance, performance management, organizational development, and HR technology. My career spans fast moving startups and large Indian enterprises, including leadership roles in enterprise retail.

My work sits at the intersection of business and people. I partner with CXOs and functional leaders to translate business strategy into workforce plans, operating structures, and employee experiences that produce measurable outcomes: lower attrition, faster hiring, cleaner compliance, and stronger engagement.

I hold a firm conviction about the future of this profession. Artificial intelligence will not replace HR judgment. It will remove the administrative weight that has prevented HR from exercising that judgment fully. I build AI tools for practitioners because the function deserves better instruments.

This platform is where I publish frameworks, experiments, and unfiltered observations from the field. Everything here comes from practice, not theory. Fellow practitioners are welcome to use it, challenge it, and build on it.
